Two bedroom, self-contained, modern units. 1 double, 4 single bunk beds - sleeps 6. Comfortable lounge, TV, Video, Fan. 240v. power - 400l. Fridge/freezer, Microwave. LPG 4 burner, griller, oven Kitchen Range. Blankets supplied - bring own linen and pillows. Auto washing machine. Front decks with settings. Undercover gas BBQ with large outdoor setting in private backyard.

Clean & Comfortable

For the larger group or 2 or 3 Families, the units can be rented together - a gate between the front decks can be opened, giving accommodation of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens. The outdoor BBQ area is ideal for communal dining.

The units are located in Bulwer at the north-western tip of the Island. Bulwer boasts a General Store, Garage, Take-away and a Bait & Tackle and 4WD Hire Shop. The township has only about 40 freehold properties, mostly private holiday homes and fishing clubhouses, scattered along the beachfront and separated by sand tracks and lush Island vegetation. Bulwer is about 14 km north of Tangalooma Resort.  

Access to the Island is by vehicular and passenger ferries.

"Moreton Venture - MiCAT" - services daily from Lytton at the mouth of the Brisbane River to Tangalooma Wrecks.

"Combie Trader" -services daily from Scarborough direct to the beach in front of Bulwer.

Timetables and directions can be supplied by contacting us or visiting the ferry websites.

Arrangements are made to meet all incoming tenants, either at the barge landing point, or on the beach in front of Bulwer. Walk-on passengers are offered complimentary transfers to and from the units. If you don't have a 4WD, we offer a Taxi Service for Island Tours, picnic trips, whale-watching and fishing trips.
